A ski/tramping rental house in National Park Village designed for short stay small groups of people.
The site has been chosen, and designs drawn.
Updates
The site being a layer of peat, 34 large poles were rammed into the ground. A solid base was found 4 - 4.5m down.
Under floor heating tubes tied to the steel mesh. All ready for the concrete pour.
A steel framework anchors the building together.
Exterior cladding is finished using wood and steel materials.
